After updating to jdk6u12 JPDA debugger ui is broken. When opening "attach debugger" window - only combobox and bottom 
buttons are visible. After connecting debugger local variables window can show only object tree, without showing types 
and values.

Yes, it is, unfortunately.
Please use an older JDK.

BTW: we did not know about the Attach Dialog issue, thanks for the screenshot.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
