My nightly 6.5 build. I receive "Not Found The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is either outdated, inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you have it." for the link to NBM in the exception.
AFAIK this shall be a result of the migration of maven modules to hg.netbeans.org. While previously the modules were on an update center that was manually updated, not it's automatically built and placed on a different AU. I've told robert to remove the manual bits. The issue you are seeing is from having old cached repository content on your client (IDE). Reload Plugins shall fix the problem.
It works for me now. Moreover, I improved message when this error occurred while download plugins to advise users to Reload catalog in such cases. See http://hg.netbeans.org/core-main/rev/24757c98ea57
