System: Linux version 2.6.24-19-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)
Userdir: /tmp/ud

- I had project on JDK 1.6 (default platform), and started ide on 1.5
- went to project properties, saved the properties
- project was still showing broken references, but no "resolve" action was in popup menu
- the problem was in invalid sourcelevel...

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
