[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.0_07 ]

Attempting to open new page for editing by double-clicking page from
Project window, into the Visual JSF editor window.  I tried three
times, with the following results:

First try, the IDE threw error:
http://statistics.netbeans.org/analytics/detail.do?id=74378 - no new
window opened.

Second try - This attempt threw error:
http://statistics.netbeans.org/analytics/detail.do?id=84835 - no new
window opened.

Third try - I started to file a bug report, because nothing was
happening in the IDE - no new window, but also no pop-up error
window.  After around 2 minutes, I will attach a screen-shot of the
Missing Body Element page that eventually appeared.

This issue is direct consequence of the issue #144938. Marking as its duplicate.
