Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200808141419) Java: 1.6.0_10-rc; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b14 System: Windows Vista version 6.0 running on x86; Cp1250; cs_CZ (nb) Userdir: C:\Users\tester\.netbeans\dev Observed: There are two modified files in the project and everywhere else their color(blue) and annotation badges are ok, but in project view their color is still black and the mercurial badges (blue cylinders) are not through the whole path to these files - see attached screenshot Expected: All modified files should be annotated by blue color and the hg badges should mark every node on the way to them.

I've noticed something similar in 6.1 that may have the same cause. When I open a project, all Java source packages and files are in a gray font, which I believe indicates ignored. Forcing a Mercurial > Status fixes the problem.
As you can see from the screenshot, I already did mercurial -> status, but it didn't fix the annotations problem. The problem with hg annotations after opening the project showing up only after u do some action with hg, or modify some file is there also of course, but i think it is different problem from this one.
This seems to be a random issue. I've managed to reproduce it.
the annotation in the editor tab is ok -> looks like only the projects view has a problem reassigning for further evaluation
