j2se project properties - the web start tab - click on extensions 
and extension resources dialog appears - the window title
and column namems Name and Version don't come from bundle
(Href does not either but assuming its not to be translated)

also click on the applet parameters button - 
its window title and col names Name and Value don't come from
bundle either.

please check other related ui and dialogs for items that might
not come from bundle files.

however, the window title for each does not come from bundle file -
bundle does have for example
org-netbeans-modules-javawebstart/Bundle_ja.properties:AppletParametersPanel.appletParamsLabel.text= と粮Jot粮Applet
Parameters粤ろ

and that is seen in the Applet properties window itself, but not on the window
title.

same for the Exceptions Resources.
