i18n - Message of Update Center Wizard(step2)is displayed in English.

How to reproduce
1.tool--->Update Center
2.Select Help-Update Center-Install manually Downloaded modules.(.nbm Files).
3.Push next button.
4.After add some modules,push next button.
5.Display a Select Modules to Install dialog.
6.There is a message of English.
   "Details and Description"
