The New action in the popup menu of the Workplace is confusing, especially for the first time user. The name should say "New Project >" and
based on how many different project types we expect to have, it might make sense to remove the extra level for categories (just one called "Default" in 
the current builds).

Jirka this is more like a problem of TemplateWizard and NewTemplateAction, could you take it over.

Related to Nb 4.0 projects implementation, changing Target Milestone to 4.0.
