After first start if you click on menu while IDE "Registering the Java DB database", IDE is frozen.
It happens on Linux Ubuntu.
All linux performance tests are failing because of this bug.

Happens on Vista as well.

Oleg, I saw that as well (Ubuntu 64b with JDK 6.0u6 64b), but once I switched to 32b it works without any problems.
