Today's dev build of visualweb cluster - all I did I created new Web Application but wizard got frozen in the middle of
project instantiation. I'm doing this operation dozens time a day and have not seen this deadlock before. I must also
say I have no idea who is causing this deadlock and therefore I do not know which component assigned it to. Please
forward if necessary.

Imho, the db or mysql are in fault here. Not much to do in datasystems, I am afraid.
