1. Install "JavaScript Debugger" plugin.
2. Create a web application with JavaScript code.
3. Debug the application.
4. Set a breakpoint.
3. Open a FireBug window in a browser.

Result: In "Breakpoints" tab of FireBug several identical breakpoints appear.

I do not see multiple Breakpoints.

Can you please retry, attach the project and reopen the bug.

I can't reproduce this issue anymore. Probably it occurs only when machine is highly loaded or something like this. In
this case, probably, something becomes wrong in userdir.
I started IDE with fresh userdir and then wasn't able to reproduce it.
