NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20080327191621) with NBMs 3-26-2008
Java: 1.6.0_04; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 10.0-b19
System: Windows XP version 5.1 

1. install NBMs (and .xpi extension)
2. create a web project and toggle breakpoints in html and/or javascript
3. run debug : ok --breakpoints set with line numbers in break window and icons in editor
4. restart IDE
>no breakpoints visible in breakpoitns window/editor

This has been fixed for some time now. Also tested Ruby project.
