System: Linux version 2.6.24-12-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

It is not possible to move/copy elements of the Palette in mobility applications using the Palette manager.

I can create new category, but I cannot add any component into it by dragging the icon. I can do it in Palette window,
but it is quite uncomfortable, especially when moving some element from the bottom to the top or vice versa.
