Description Jesse Glick 2001-06-18 11:47:19 UTC
[dev jun 17] After choosing Dock View Into onto some component, I see
that I have 12 (!) different options all labelled "Form"! The Form
Editor is not even installed currently. It seems that every form I
ever opened in the IDE created its own mode and that all of them are
remembered.

Yes, you are right. I filed the same bug to core 2 months ago, but David wrote
"as designed".

I believe this is module's responsibility not to create new modes again and
again, but reuse. Modes are remembered by weak reference.
