[Main trunk build #206]

I've chosen IE as external browser for IDE on w2k,
then I've tryed some link e.g. MW -> "Help" -> "About" -> "NetBeans Open Source 
Site" and before the page was loaded I've simply closed the browser.
The attached exception has occured.

Shouldn't be there some dialog explaining the problem instead ?
