In empty workspace:
1.File -> New Project select Java Class Library, enter project location C:\
2.Expand source packages, right click on default packages. Select Other and next Properties file.
3.Click Next and then Finish.
4.Close file by clicking x on the tab.
5.In project right click on newproperties.properties and select Open
6.Press LeftAlt+N for new property, write A press TAB, and write Ą RightAlt+LeftShift+A. Press Enter.
7.Press LeftAlt+N for new property, write E press TAB, and write Ę RightAlt+LeftShift+E. Press Enter. In this moment i
see Ą value form step 6 instead of Ę.
8.We can continue for example with: Z / LeftAlt+Shift+X,

The bug from step 7 occurs about 80% times, but adding step 8 it's almost sure that bug will occur.
