I read through this http://blogs.sun.com/geertjan/entry/project_level_license_settings_in and started looking for a way
to set the project.license property in a project's customizer.  There wasn't one.

It would be nice to have one.

Since folks can damage their project by messing with the "raw" project.properties file this may be even more important.

I think it is a duplicate of 92490, reopen the issue if I am wrong.
