CSS Style Builder does not work against CSS when it is embedded in
JSPs.  Embedded CSS is useful for testing as the developer can be
sure that there is no caching of old CSS.  The new CSS can then be
placed in its own file later once the main (CSS) development is
complete.  However, with the Style Builder missing, this seems less
useful.

Does issue #97153 have any bearing on this one?
What is the current status of this issue anyway?  The summary mentions [60cat], yet it's still open even now 6.5 is
released... will it be in 7.0?

closing as stylebuilder has been removed and there's the new css stying tools also working in embedded css code.
