[ JDK VERSION : 1.6.0_03 ]

from the projects pane, secondary click a project to bring up the
context menu.

select 'delete', and a dialog box will be shown.

check the 'also delete sources' option.

hit 'yes'.

look at the folder the project was in.

it's still there on the file system, and it's got some content.

shouldn't the entire directory hierarchy have been deleted?
