When you create new jFrame, right click on it and select properties. Sometimes properties dialog is "small" and you have
to resize it manualy to work with. Properties in the properties panel (in bottom right corner) is OK.

This is a well known problem, but thanks for reporting anyway. Verify your build number, it should be fixed in latest
build of NB6.0
