using pseudo localized nb, the word Other in the new file wizard categories section,
does not appear to come from pseudo localized bundle file; am not sure its in even an en bundle file.

Word 'Other' is defined in org/netbeans/modules/favorites/Bundle.properties under core/favorites module under key
'Templates/Other'.
