6.0Beta modifies project files of 5.5.1 projects. This may not be an issue but it is uncertain whether such
modifications are fully backwards compatible with 5.5.1. Recommend that the user is informed of such modification
including detailing what effects if any it has backwards compatibility.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Creat a new general project using 5.5.1 whose path is:

   5.5.1/GeneralProject

2) Copy the project in 1) to peer directory whose path
   is:

   6.0Beta/GeneralProject

3) Open the project in 2) using 6.0Beta

4) Generate a diff as follows:

   diff -c -r 5.5.1/GeneralProject/ 6.0Beta/GeneralProject/
