Description nof 2007-08-29 08:13:25 UTC
I'm running two SuSE Linux computers, one with OpenSuSE 10.1 with one screen, and one with SuSE Enterprise Desktop 10
with two screens.

NetBeans is installed on the 'one.screen' computer and I run it with the display on the 'two-screen' computer (thank you
X-windows). On the 'two-screen' computer I have several desktops configured. Normally I have the editor window on the
right screen and all other windows on the left one.

When I switch to another desktop and run some other application and then switch back to the desktop with NetBeans the
editor windows is mostly either minimized or moved to the left screen. Other windows are also minimized except the
NetBeans main window.

This problem has also been on version 5.0 and 5.5 as far as I remember.

My suggestion is to let me save the windows positions I have with a button or menu alternativ. And maybe also have the
possibility to edit the settings with options for when a window should be minimized, normalsized or maximized. When ever
I regain focus on the NetBeans window the other windows size and position should be restored.

Hello. This is already a known issue that won't be addressed in 5.5.1 anymore. Please try to use latest build of 6.0.
