When I try and uninstall Netbeans 6 build 7 or build 9 I recieve an initialization error cannot load registry

what is build 7 or build 9? is it milestone 7 and milestone9 or smth different?

I see the problem in the log :
Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file.

It says that the file %USERPROFILE%/.nbi/registry.xml is of zero size.
We have experienced such problems with that milestones but it seems to be fixed in further releases (m10 and upcoming 
beta1).
You can look at Issue 103003 and 105262.
