Much of this report is incorrect. There are no mnemonics because you are running on a Mac, where mnemonics are disabled. (I suppose; I don't run a Mac but that is what I have heard, and certainly when I look at the dialog everything has a working mnemonic, with the exception of the Browse button which is accessible via one tab after Alt-T anyway.) I can certainly tab between the different fields. labelFor is correctly set between labels and the corresponding components where applicable. If you're going to file this kind of bug, please double-check the output of the tester tool (since it seems to be buggy), checking on Windows or Linux, and write explicitly what you think needs to be changed. There are a few apparent discrepancies between mnemonics in the UI spec and the dialog which I will investigate and correct if needed (issue #109656).
Verified.
