Create new CSS file
set cursor position into some CSS rule
CSS visual editor is activated, select background pane
use tab key to select tile values
use "down shift" key to select inherit value
value is changed to repeat - it always changes just on possition on the list - it's hard to set values downer in the list

Seems to be caused by focus stealing.

The css code is hard to maintain - minor improvement, but too much dangerous work.
