SQL SE file is not available under add file option.

Steps to reproduce:-
-------------------
1> Create a SQL SE project.
2> Add a SQL SE file in the project.

Expected Output:-
---------------
1> Under new file, we must get an option to add SQL SE file.

Actual Result:-
-------------
1> Under new file, we don't have option to add SQL SE file. Actually SOA folder is missing.

I tried downloading the latest build from 
" http://smetiste.czech.sun.com/builds/netbeans/6.0/all-in-one/m10/latest/" location.
 But still the problem is same..

SQL file is now available under add file option but SOA folder is still missing.
We can create our projects of SQL SE with this file.
