Add the the following actions to the <this layer in context> node:

- open the layer file that declares the specific node
- open the project that contains that layer file (when available)

This will be very useful to navigat the layer files instead of having to grep 
though projects.

I just learned that the index-layer-paths target in nbbuild/build.xml partly 
gives me the functionality for netbeans.org projects.
