Sorry but I cannot reproduce the bug on any platform (solaris, win, linux). 
Please try a new build (beta >9). There was changed synchronization in the 
Project Manager, so state you have described should not arise. But if so, feel 
free to reopen the bug.

Imposible in current architecture of projects. When new project is created then 
Delete button is disabled. Closing this bug.
