NetBeans IDE Dev Build - 200704051800, JDK 1.6.0.01

Got the following messages after launching IDE, post-install.

The issue arrives because for the current moment the latest available NetBeans 
IDE build is 200704051800. 
CASA Editor and Identity Profile UI were updated and expect to use the updated 
version of the IDE. So as soon as it is available the issue would go away..

I believe that this is due to the outdated (though the latest available) build
of NetBeans IDE that we're using for NBI builds. The issue should go away as
soon as the IDE bits are updated.

Fixed in build 200704100138.
