Installed build:
netbeans-6.0-200704051800
nb-ide_nb-visualweb_tomcat_windows

On startup (fresh userdir) I see:

Warning - could not install module Web Projects REST Support
	Web Projects REST Support - null

My dialog choices are disable/continue or exit.

When I disable/continue the ide starts.  When I create a web project the console
throws NPE on tomcat, and it is not available as a server. I was able to add
glassfish with no issues. When I configured it for a vw application the ide,
appears to hang (its just REALLY slow. The console shows:
