In Settings tab of plugin manager there is Remove button. By pushing it the item
immediately disappears from the table with update centers. There should be some
confirmation dialog to avoid unwanted deletion (when the user pushes Remove
button by accident).

It's appropriate to plugin manager subcomponent.
