Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
en_GB (nb); Cp1252

Description:

Now simple Java application project could be displayed in Application Action
editor and then thank to it, user can create new action for this appl. This
should not be allowed.

I've submitted a patch for this. Non-app framework projects will no longer be in that combobox.
