Description _ tboudreau 2007-04-03 08:34:39 UTC
The UML design area has an extra lowered bevel border (judging from the 2px
depth perhaps two of them) surrounding the design component; it adds visual
noise to the UI. The appearance should be made consistent with the text editor
and other editors within NetBeans.

(Backstory - in NetBeans 3.6 a lot of work went into removing extraneous borders
from all parts of NetBeans' UI - "border buildup" is a common problem in Swing
UIs since many components come with borders and sit adjacent to other components
with their own borders).
Comment 1 Yang Su 2007-04-14 00:43:40 UTC
removed the lowered bevel border in the design area, also changed uml diagram
toolbar to use common NB editor toolbar border.
Comment 2 Peter Lam 2007-09-14 22:41:00 UTC
looks good now in trunk build 20070914.
