NetBeans has support for Java DB out of the box and the user can register
drivers and connections for other DBs. When new rails project gets created the
user should be able to select one of the DB connections already registered in
NetBeans and get database.yaml correctly configured.

Available in 6.1 in the new Rails project wizard.
