build 200703280911  vwp build 0328

1) Create web project
2) Add Visual Web JavaServer Framework

Now welcome page is changed to /faces/Page1.jsp, but thats inconsistent with
current NB behavior after adding a framework, when welcome page is kept set to
index.jsp
