fresh build of ruby1 cluster in 20070327 IDE

- create app, put BP somewhere, run debugger
- when debugger stops at BP, add new watch, e.g. self
- this watch does not appear, as a refresh you've to switch to another window.
the same for removing watches.

Changing target milestone of all resolved Ruby issues from TBD to 6.0 Beta 1 build.
