Create a project with existing ant-script. In the wizard you'll see following 
problems (see attached image for visualisation):

a) a "useless" colon on the left side at entry "Quellpaketverzeichnisse:"
Affected file: 
translatedfiles\src\java\freeform\src\org\netbeans\modules\java\freeform\ui\Bundle_de.properties

b) On the page "Name und Pfad" you'll see (or better not see) a missing colon
