Build: Hula build (daily-300703220921)

Steps to reproduce it:

1. If project BluePrint1 reference project BPELModule1. 
2. Try to add BPELModule1 as BluePrint1's reference again. Nothing will happen.
3. Should give out message like "Selected project is already referenced".
