to reproduce
1) open any c/c++ project
2) select any source file and open properties dialog box for this file.
3) select c/c++ | gnu c++ compiler | general and check Strip Symbols property
 ==> title of property became bold
4) uncheck Strip Symbols --> the property is bold still.

Today I cannot reproduce it. I'm not sure what is going on. Is it a VNC issue? I
will close as WORKSFORME. Please reopen with exact steps to reproduce if still
reproducible.
