If user has renamed dirty diagram, this change will not be saved.

steps:
- create class diagram
- put element on it and do not save
- rename diagram node in Model tree.
- Answer 'Ok' in 'Save Diagram Changes' dialog.

incorrect name is shown in editor (issue 98948).

Restart ide with saving all changes.
After restart diagram has old name

it seems that issue 98948 has the same cause.

regression since uml for NB5.5 (Griffin)

This is the same as issue 96570, the fix was checked into release55 before trunk
was ready, but it was not ported back to trunk afterwards which is now perceived
as regression. Checked the fix into trunk now.
