1. Rightclick "Databases->Drivers" and select "New Driver...".
2. Try to resize "New JDBC Driver" dialog to very small size.

Result: It is possible to resize dialog to very small size and some ui
components become outside visible area. It will be better to set minimal size.

It is questionable what a minimal size could be. Minimal size of localized dialog can vary from language to language. I
will not fix this issue because it is not a serious problem.
