1. Create Web Application with Visual Web JSF framework.
2. Rightclick on "Web Pages" and select "New->JSP".

Result: "New JSP File" wizard appears and "JSP File name" field is empty.
It will be good to add there name like "Page+next_number_of_the_page" as it has
done for Visual Web JSF Page.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
