When generating an installer configuration that was not cached yet it takes too
much time (>20 secs) before download starts. A progress bar should be displayed
to notify user about the generation status

Just a note:
On the nephrite.russia the genaration takes about the following (1 try per each 
size):
41MB  - 14 sec
102MB - 33 sec
120MB - 35 sec
145MB - 40 sec

Briefly, it takes about 3 second to generation 1MB of data (on nephrite.russia).
