Create refactoring infrastructure and refactoring plugins, which will bring
basic refactoring for jsp files, html, css and other web resources. The visual
web pack has to have a refactoring of jsf pages and they depends on this.

is it working now ? (when i press Ctrl+R at class name, for examle - the dialog shows up, and i can choose new name.. but it never finds any occurrences) or its only preliminary support for this feature ?
