OS Sol10 sparc
PS 7.1 GA build installed on appserver.

Steps to reproduce:


1.Add the PS 7.x server with valid data in the Runtime Tab in the Netbeans IDE
2.It adds the server and Starts it.
3.Right click the server added and check the status of Stop menu.

It is disabled.

Stopping a PS 7 server is not supported by Plug-in as stopping a server is not
possible for a remote deployment. Hence it's not supported even when the portal
is deployed in the local machine.
