When there are icons in a menu, the spacing on the left side is too large. I
assume it is too keep some space for hooks signalizing whether the funcion is
on/off. But the spacing is there even when there are no items with possible
on/off signalization in the menu (see attached screenshot).

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
