The auto comment feature in the editor allows changes to the comments even if a 
file is not writable.  All changes will be lost after exiting auto comment.  It 
should either not allow any changes or warn before exit auto comment.

I think this is problem of javadoc module.

Javadoc resolve this problem, problem is in java module .. module does not give 
right DataObject

Sorry, it works for me in build dev-135. Auto-Comment option is not present on Tools (context)menu.
