Using NB6 build 200703071900 
- Create a new web application (J2EE 1.4)
- Create a new web service
There is no "Web Services" node in the project view

right click on the web application project and "Clean and Build Project"

I get:

/home/khu/NetBeansProjects/WebApplication3/nbproject/build-impl.xml:296: taskdef
class org.netbeans.modules.websvc.core.ant.WsClientUpToDate cannot be found
BUILD FAILED (total time: 1 second)

This was fixed as part of jaxrpc retouche migration.
All the code checked into jaxrpc support module.
