1. Create Web App
2. Create Web Service
3. Open WSIT Configuration dialog
4. Press Message Parts button

There are non localized names.
See attached pic.

I've been thinking about this and I think these should not be localized
actually, as they should correspond to actual wire messages, so I'd vote to
leave the way it is.
Feel free to reopen if you think otherwise.

I see that it was marked with #NOI18N in bundle file anyway and
I had given wrong info to Andrey about filing it - apologies.

I think that reason for not localizing them is that
these msgs come from some properties
or api or variables and that
having them be localized
might confuse user who would be used
to seeing them in all english ?

What about users who might never see or know about the low level (wire)
words -- would it be helpful for them to have the words as displayed
in this window be translated ?  ie "Reply To" vs ReplyTo

The issue was filed at wrong priority by mistake and now moving to the correct one.
